St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church was founded in 1996 by a group of Lutherans who were concerned about the growing libaralism in the Lutheran Church Canada, a sister synod to the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. With the help from pastors in Washington State, the members joined the Church of the Lutheran Confession. St. Paul congregation is now worshipping at the "People Place," 3402 27th Ave., Vernon, British Columbia.
